Hair colouring is one of the priciest services in Estonian salons — and prices for the same technique swing by as much as a factor of five. The technique, the length of your hair, the city and the salon's tier decide whether you pay 60 € or 300 €. We pulled together the directory's public price lists as of April 2026.
Single-process colour
The simplest and cheapest technique — the whole head is coloured in a single shade. Suits root refreshes, grey coverage or a colour refresh.

The prices include colour, a wash and often toner. A cut and a blow-dry are usually separate — ask for a package, which comes out 15–25% cheaper than the individual services.
Root touch-up (retouch)
Colouring only the regrowth — a 3–5 cm band at the roots. Needed every 4–6 weeks if you keep a single-process colour.
- Tallinn: 35–55 € (20–40 € cheaper than a full colour).
- Tartu / Pärnu: 30–45 €.
- Smaller towns: 25–40 €.

Light blonding
Going from dark hair to blonde is never done in a single session — the long-term health of your hair calls for 2–4 visits. Salon prices in Tallinn in 2026:
- Platinum blonde in a single session: 180–280 € (only if the hair had already been lightened).
- Dark to blonde, first session: 160–240 €.
- Follow-up sessions (2–4): 140–220 €, decreasing each time.
- Total cost from dark to platinum blonde: 400–900 € (2–4 sessions over 2–6 months).
- Upkeep (purple shampoo, sulphate-free products, heat-protection spray): 40–80 € a month.
Colour correction (fixing)
Fixing bad colour costs more than the original colour did. Typical cases:
