The price of a single mesotherapy session in Estonia starts from €100–180. Packages (3–6 sessions) cost €350–900, depending on the preparation and the treatment area. Profhilo is usually priced separately — €250–400 for one session, with a 2-session course recommended.
At the consultation the doctor assesses your skin type and your needs and draws up a plan — how many sessions, which preparation, how often. The session itself lasts 30–60 minutes. Numbing cream is applied 30 minutes beforehand, and the injecting is done with a fine needle or with a microneedle roller device.
After the session there may be small red spots for 24–72 hours (one per injection point). Bruising is less common and depends on whether a blood vessel is caught by chance. No social downtime is needed, but sport, the sauna and sun should be avoided for 24–48 hours.

Risks, side effects and contraindications
Typical side effects are red injection points for 24–72 hours, mild swelling and a small bruise at the injection site. More serious and rare: granuloma, infection, allergy to the ingredients of the preparation. In the hands of an experienced doctor the risks are minimal.
Contraindications: pregnancy, breastfeeding, autoimmune disease, blood clotting disorders, active skin inflammation or infection in the treatment area, allergy to the composition of the specific preparation. Tell the doctor about all your medications and your medical history. To reduce the risk of bruising, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and vitamin E for 1 week before the injections.
